Thank you for shopping with Serenity Secrets by V & C! We take great care in preparing and packaging your handcrafted wax melt orders.

Processing Time All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping (United States) We offer the following shipping options:

Standard Shipping — estimated delivery 5–8 business days

Express Shipping — estimated delivery 2–3 business days

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order weight and destination.

International Shipping We ship to select international destinations. International orders are shipped via USPS, DHL Express, or FedEx. Estimated delivery times vary by destination and are not guaranteed. International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by their country.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Lost or Damaged Packages If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at serenitysecrets420@yahoo.com. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
